Active B₆ Pyridoxal provides vitamin B₆ as pyridoxal-5-phosphate (P5P), a biologically active form of the vitamin. P5P is an important cofactor in fatty acid metabolism including the production of important omega-6 polyunsaturated fatty acids, carbohydrate metabolism and the conversion of tryptophan into niacin. Vitamin B₆ also supports healthy tissue formation.

Suggested Use
